This is a pretty personal story that I want to write for myself. It’s going to be messy (read: stream of consciousness). If anybody else reads this, I hope it brings them value. Like Joan said:

Ok, let's get into it.
At this moment, I am in a boba shop with crazy fast internet. The store is mostly empty except for the two college-age employees and the customers who come in to pick up their online orders. I got fired at noon today. As I sip on my iced coffee with condensed milk, I think this is a good thing for me.
Since 2020, I have been working at a small business in the Marine Industry as part of the eCommerce office. You don’t have to have a high degree of emotional intelligence to realize that I didn’t like it. This may lead you to ask why I took the job. Here are the three primary reasons:
